Administratively dissolved LLC and corporation leads, every Monday
A Monday CSV of LLCs and corporations the state just dissolved for a missed annual report, from official state records. Connecticut today.
Administratively dissolved LLCs and corporations, every Monday
When a business misses its annual report, the state administratively dissolves it. Until it reinstates, it is not in good standing, and it usually needs a registered agent, a reinstatement filing and back reports. Each Monday file lists the LLCs and corporations the state just dissolved, so reinstatement services, registered agents and small-business accountants can reach them first.
Our latest Connecticut build (2026-10-14, dissolutions dated 2026-10-07 to 2026-10-12) has 20 businesses. Since June, Connecticut has averaged about 25 to 40 administrative dissolutions a week. Volumes vary week to week.

NewEntity Lapse FAQ
Where does the NewEntity Lapse data come from?
Connecticut: the Connecticut Business Registry business master file published by the Secretary of the State on data.ct.gov. We keep LLCs and corporations whose status changed to Dissolved with an administrative reason, such as failure to file the annual report.
Which states are covered?
Connecticut today. Colorado is next (we are building a day-over-day status change history, since the Colorado file has no status-change date). Florida's bulk files are not reachable from our build system yet. We only sell a state once we ship it.
How often is it delivered?
Weekly: one CSV every Monday morning with the prior 7 days of administrative dissolutions. Connecticut posts some dissolutions days after the effective date, so each file also includes late-posted rows not sent before.
What columns are in the file?
Entity name, state entity ID, entity type, status, reason for administrative dissolution, dissolution date, formation date, city, ZIP, NAICS category where filed, and source.
Do the files leave out addresses, emails and owner names?
Yes. No street address, email, owner, member or agent names. Most small-LLC addresses are homes, so we deliver city and ZIP only. Business entities only.
What does it cost?
$29/month per state, month to month, cancel by email. At checkout, choose NewEntity Lapse in the Feed Type dropdown and type your state.
Is it exclusive?
No. The state data is public. You get a filtered, deduplicated file every Monday, with no login or dashboard.
